Wheeled Robot Dog for Research and Secondary Development

AgiBot D1 Ultra is a quadruped robot dog for scientific research, educational tasks, and developing custom solutions. The robot carries up to 5 kg of payload, reaches speeds of up to 3.7 m/s, and has a range of 6 ± 1 km. Thanks to the adaptive motion control system, the platform confidently moves over uneven terrain, overcomes steps up to 16 cm high, and slopes up to 30°. The IP54-rated body ensures dust resistance and water protection.

Main Advantages of AgiBot D1 Ultra-W

  • Combination of speed and passability. The wheeled-walking kinematics provide efficient movement on flat surfaces and allow overcoming steps and obstacles without losing stability.
  • Increased range. A range of up to 9 km allows using the platform on long inspection or patrol routes.
  • Installation of additional equipment. The body is designed for a payload of up to 5 kg for mounting cameras, sensors, and computing modules.
  • Overcoming difficult sections. The robot passes consecutive steps up to 16 cm high, and the maximum height for overcoming single obstacles reaches 60 cm.
  • Powerful drives. The peak torque of the joint mechanisms is 48 Nm, providing the necessary power reserve during maneuvers.
  • Open platform for development. The SDK provides access to high-level motion control, telemetry, IMU data, and video stream.

Design and Kinematics

AgiBot D1 Ultra-W features a wheeled-walking design with six-inch solid wheels on the limbs. It allows combining fast movement on flat surfaces with active limb work when navigating uneven terrain, steps, and obstacles. This configuration is suitable for use in laboratories, educational centers, industrial sites, and other environments with various types of surfaces.
