At a height of 173 cm, the full-sized humanoid robot AGIBOT A3 weighs about 57 kg. Its body combines titanium and magnesium alloys with flexible TPU materials. The kinematics include 31 active degrees of freedom excluding hands: 2 DOF in the neck, 7 DOF in each arm, 3 DOF in the waist, and 6 DOF in each leg. Depending on the selected tasks, functional hands with additional degrees of freedom can be installed.
Each arm is designed for a nominal load of up to 5 kg. The speed of the manipulator's end part is 1 m/s with a load and up to 3 m/s without it. The peak torque of the knee joint reaches 320 Nm. The normal walking speed is 1.2 m/s, in standard scenarios it can increase to 1.8 m/s, and in test laboratory conditions — up to 2.5 m/s.
Sensors, Cameras, and Navigation System of AGIBOT A3
Visual perception is provided by a binocular RGB camera with a resolution of 1920 × 1536 pixels at 30 frames per second. Precise positioning is achieved using GPS and UWB, with UWB error for a single robot not exceeding ±10 cm. The autonomous navigation support system allows real-time obstacle avoidance.
For command reading and feedback, shoulder touch sensors, built-in speakers, and two microphone arrays are provided. Data transmission is ensured by wireless modules Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G/5G. Equipment such as 3D LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, panoramic RGB cameras, or GPS RTK is not included in the basic configuration of this AGIBOT A3 model.

The robot is equipped with a dual-battery system with a total capacity of 1152 Wh. The maximum comprehensive autonomy reaches 10 hours and varies depending on the intensity of actions: about 6 hours in standby/standing mode and over 4 hours during active walking. Thanks to hot-swap support, the battery can be replaced in approximately 10 seconds, resuming operation without long stops. A full charging cycle from a 110–220 V network takes no more than 2 hours.
Computational Architecture and Software Development
The computational base of AGIBOT A3 is divided into two independent blocks:
- MDU — has 16 GB of RAM and a 256 GB storage.
- HDU — designed for data processing from head systems and human-machine interaction, equipped with 16 GB of RAM and a 128 GB storage.
The AGIBOT A3 platform supports secondary development, OTA updates, and the creation of custom action algorithms. Trajectory programming is done through the LinkCraft environment.
