AgiBot D1 MaxPro is an industrial robot dog for transporting loads, internal warehouse logistics, and emergency rescue operations. The system is designed for long-term continuous operation with a payload of up to 50 kg. A power source with a capacity of 2081 Wh provides up to 5.5 hours of autonomous operation without a load and at least 2 hours under maximum load conditions. The quadrupedal kinematic scheme allows overcoming consecutive steps up to 30 cm high. The IP67 body protection and temperature range from −20 to +55 °C adapt the platform for operation in open locations and industrial sites with challenging environmental conditions.

A power source with a capacity of 2081 Wh provides high autonomy indicators: up to 5.5 hours in no-load mode and from 2 hours when transporting the maximum mass load. When calculating the duration of the work cycle, the mass of the installed equipment is considered a direct factor affecting energy consumption. The power compartment design allows for quick replacement of the battery block for continuous platform operation, and an autonomous charging station is available as an additional option.

Kinematics of Movement and Maneuverability on Uneven Surfaces

The D1 MaxPro robot dog provides high passability in areas where the use of standard wheeled chassis is ineffective. The power kinematics allow overcoming steps up to 30 cm high and moving on open industrial stairs, enabling route planning through technological transitions and uneven terrain.
