The PUDU CC1 self-cleaning docking station is an accessory for the CC1 series robots, designed for automatic cleaning of the mop and roller brush after each cleaning task is completed. The station combines an ultrasonic module, hot water, and automatic detergent dispensing. The robot independently returns to the station, goes through a self-cleaning cycle, and immediately returns to work without operator intervention.

Automates the full cleaning cycle. The PUDU CC1 self-cleaning docking station initiates the sequence "Detection → Docking → Self-cleaning → Resumption of work" without operator involvement.

Reduces the workload on cleaning staff. The modular design with a quick-release block allows one person to service the mop tank and brush unit independently.

How the PUDU CC1 Self-Cleaning Docking Station Works

The CC1 Pro robot monitors secondary contamination of the mop during cleaning. As soon as the system detects contamination, the robot automatically heads to the docking station, goes through a self-cleaning cycle, and returns to the interrupted task. This closed cycle eliminates the need to stop cleaning for manual cleanliness control.

How the Ultrasonic Module and Hot Water Clean the Mop

The deep cleaning unit for the mop combines 100 W ultrasonic cleaning with a hot water system at 65 °C. Ultrasonic vibrations push small particles out of the mop fibers, and hot water dissolves grease and soap residues. Together, these two mechanisms prevent streaks and recontamination of the floor during subsequent passes.

How the Brush Cleaning Unit Removes Dirt

After completing the task, the robot connects to the station, and the roller brush undergoes deep cleaning, removing over 95% of adhered debris. This prevents the accumulation of hair, threads, and small debris inside the brush, which would otherwise have to be removed manually. The quick-release brush cleaning unit allows one person to remove and service the module without special tools.

What Software Supports the PUDU CC1 Self-Cleaning Docking Station

The station supports automatic robot recharging, automatic water filling and draining, and automatic detergent dispensing. Data exchange with the robot occurs via Bluetooth, allowing coordination of the docking moment with CC1 Pro contamination detection. As a result, the robot does not require manual initiation of the cleaning cycle throughout the shift.

Three Forms of One Product

One body implements three configurations: basic Docking Station, Self-Cleaning Docking Station, and Self-Cleaning Docking Station Pro. The form is switched manually, so the facility chooses the level of cleaning automation according to the intensity of robot use. The modular design with a quick-release mop tank and brush cleaning block simplifies the transition between configurations and further maintenance.

Where the PUDU CC1 Self-Cleaning Docking Station is Used

  • Serves shopping centers and supermarkets. The automatic self-cleaning cycle maintains mop cleanliness throughout a day of high visitor traffic without manual control by staff.

  • Supports office complexes with large passage areas. The robot docks between rooms, cleans the mop and brush, and then continues cleaning without interrupting the cleaning schedule.

  • Simplifies cleaning in medical facilities. Hot water at 65 °C and ultrasonic cleaning reduce the risk of contamination transfer between zones with increased hygiene requirements.

  • Serves logistics warehouses and terminals. The modular quick-release unit allows one employee to service several robots during a shift without involving additional staff.

  • Ensures continuous cleaning at airports and stations. An efficiency increase of up to 35× allows the robot fleet to work longer without stops for manual cleaning.

Compatibility of the PUDU CC1 Self-Cleaning Docking Station

  • Supports CC1 and CC1 Pro series robots. The station is coordinated with the CC1 Pro secondary contamination detection function for automatic cleaning initiation.

  • Requires connection to water supply and drainage. Automatic water filling and draining are implemented through external water supply and floor drainage.

  • Works with an optional mobile water station. The Mobile Water Station expands installation options where stationary water supply is unavailable.
