Markforged Fiber Nozzle Set — a set of two specialized nozzles with inserts for 3D printing using continuous fiber reinforcement technology CFF. The set is designed to work with high-load composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and Kevlar. The use of these nozzles ensures a stable and smooth printing process, allowing the creation of parts with increased strength and durability, competing with metal counterparts in terms of characteristics.

The set is optimized for use in Markforged 3D printers of the Desktop and Industrial series, making it suitable for the production of high-performance components for the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Materials

Metal

Markforged Metal Filaments combine the simplicity and safety of FFF printing with the superior properties of advanced metals, bringing metal 3D printing to your benchtop.

Plastics

Composite Base filaments are engineering-grade materials that print using a conventional FFF (FDM-style) process. Print with them alone or with Continuous Fibers to yield strong parts. The ULTEM™ and 9085 trademarks are used under license from SABIC, its affiliates or subsidiaries.

Continuous Fiber

Continuous Fibers enable Markforged composite printers to print metal-strength parts. They cannot be used alone — however, when printed with a Composite Base, they form the backbone of a strong printed part.
