Introducing the Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit for Pro3 series 3D printers - the first Raise3D product based on Hyper FFF technology.

This is a set of hardware, software and filaments upgrades for your Pro3 or Pro3 Plus 3D printer for hyper-speed 3D printing.

The purchase and installation of hardware from the Hyper FFF Speed Upgrade Kit, as well as the use of a specially designed line of filaments and the latest version of IdeaMaker will increase the print speed from an average of 50-80 mm/s to 200-350 mm/s, and the acceleration is increased from 1000 mm/ s2 to 10,000 mm/s2. Without any loss of accuracy of printing and quality of details.

Your Pro3 series 3D printer with the new Hyper Speed Upgrade function can print from 600 - 1000 g of filament within 24 hours, meaning that any parts weighing less than 400 grams will be ready within 12 hours.

Hyper-Speed Automatic Calibrator

With the help of this automatic frequency calibrator, the Pro3 series printer will be able to measure its own frequency and adjust the parameters independently. Due to the robust and stable design of the Pro3 series, the printer can maintain its own frequency for months without change. It is recommended to carry out the calibration process every 2-3 months. A manual calibration process is also included.

Hyper-Speed ABS and PLA Filaments

The Hyper Speed line of filaments includes the most common printing materials - ABS and PLA, which have been specially changed and optimized for FFF hyper speed printing.

When printing at high speed, the material filament is quickly fed into the heat block and the polymer has very little time to melt to a liquid state. It can cause clogged nozzles and poor bond quality between layers. And ABS parts can be warpaged and delaminated during high-speed printing without a heated chamber.

Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS has optimized molecular weight and stiffness, so it can achieve faster melting and cooling during high speed printing. Lowering the temperature gradient reduces the internal stress of the printed product. Hyper Speed ABS is almost warp-resistant and has improved inter-layer bonding, making it an ideal material for printing many functional parts, tools, functional prototypes, etc.

Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA has an optimized molecular weight and modified flowability, so it can achieve faster melting at the hot end and much faster cooling after exiting the extruder. Thus, the surface quality of products printed with Hyper Speed PLA plastic is smooth, and most of the clear details are preserved. Most importantly, it exhibits excellent interlayer bond quality and strength in the Z direction due to its optimized molecular weight.

* Please note that Hyper Speed 0.4 mm Hot Ends (Pro3 Series Only), Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator (Pro3 Series Only) must be installed in order for Hyper Speed to work properly on a Hyper-enabled Pro3 Series printer and Hyper Speed threads. The absence of any of these components can cause a printing failure.

Active vibration reduction algorithm

The basis of Hyper FFF™ technology is an active vibration suppression algorithm. This algorithm calculates an optimized acceleration pattern and absorbs excessive vibration whenever the print head makes any rapid change of direction.

By measuring the natural frequency of the extruder head, the processor will divide one acceleration command into two equivalent accelerations to create two reverse vibration waves, which in turn cancel the self-vibration during the reverse phase, so the printer head has time to minimize its own friction and jitter by the equipment itself.
