The model is designed for workshops, prototyping labs, and small-scale production that require high precision processing without using bulky industrial equipment. The complex is based on a fiber laser source with an optical power of 800 W and a wavelength of 1080 ± 10 nm.

The multifunctionality of the system allows covering the full cycle of work with sheet metal and profiles using a single device.

• 4-in-1 Concept: The complex performs four types of tasks:
  • Automatic CNC cutting of sheet metal.
  • Manual contour cutting of complex geometry blanks.
  • Laser welding with automatic or manual seam guidance.
  • Laser cleaning of surfaces from rust, scale, grease, paint, and discoloration.
• Automated CNC Portal: The worktable measuring 600 × 400 mm has a through (pass-through) design. This allows processing metal sheets up to 600 mm wide without length restrictions. The portal's movement speed reaches 500 mm/s, and the positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm.
• Weld Seam Stability: Fixing the laser head directly on the CNC portal ensures an even seam and constant movement speed regardless of the operator's skills.
• Wire Feeding: Equipped with an automatic wire feeding device with a diameter from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm for effective filling of technological gaps and joints.
• Flexible Surface Cleaning: The laser cleaning mode allows changing the beam width in the range from 10 to 80 mm for quick metal preparation for painting or removing oxide films after welding.

Work processes are managed through the proprietary software xTool Creative Space, which supports the import of vector layouts, automatic nesting function, and precise laser parameter adjustment. Class 4 Safety

The equipment generates radiation hazardous to eyes and skin, so it is equipped with multi-level protection:

• Closed Circuit Sensor: The laser turns on only in the presence of electrical contact with the workpiece through the ground clamp.
• Emergency Stop: E-Stop button for instant power off.
• Optics Protection: Gas blowing and replaceable protective lenses divert molten splashes.
• Operating Requirements: Mandatory use of glasses with OD 6+ protection level for 1064 nm wavelength and an exhaust system.

• Optics Check: Inspect the protective glass of the gun at each shift — any dust leads to overheating and lens failure.
• Protective Gas: Open the cylinder and control the pressure before starting the generator.
• Air Preparation: When cutting from the compressor, using a dryer and oil filter is mandatory to maintain the optical path's cleanliness.
• Grounding: The ground clamp must be attached directly to the workpiece, otherwise, the safety sensor will not allow the laser to start.
• Test Cutting: Always perform a test cut on material scraps for precise focus and speed adjustment.
• Ventilation: Always turn on the smoke absorber, especially when working with galvanized steel and aluminum, whose fumes are toxic.
