SaveGas™ technology from xTool is an innovative solution designed to significantly reduce gas costs when cutting metal.

Thanks to the specially designed telescopic design of the SaveGas™ nozzle, air is directed with maximum precision, minimizing consumption and ensuring clean, burr-free cuts even on thick metals. Just 87 PSI (0.6 MPa) of pressure is enough to achieve results that previously required 174 PSI (1.2 MPa) of nitrogen. This allows users to abandon expensive argon or nitrogen cylinders and switch to free atmospheric air without compromising quality.

Cut 4 mm metal like butter

Using the SaveGas™ nozzle allows you to perfectly cut thick metal sheets with an air pressure of 87 PSI: 4 mm stainless steel, 4 mm aluminum, or 3 mm brass.

Reliable HyperPure™ filtration system

To achieve the cleanest air possible for metalworking, the xTool Air Dryer moisture removal device is equipped with a three-stage HyperPure™ filter:

• Stage 1 - Nano-PE filter (1 μm) that traps 99% of moisture, oil, and dust.
• Stage 2 - borosilicate fiber (0.1 µm), double Lydall® filter - up to 99.99% purification.
• Stage 3 - borosilicate fiber (0.01 µm), double Lydall® filter - up to 99.999% purification.

The result is a 36°F (2°C) dew point and almost complete absence of impurities and moisture in the system.
