Construction and Mechanics

• Precise modular guides are responsible for movement along the XY axes, ensuring smooth motion at speeds from 250 to 500 mm/s.
• 16-mm screw shafts and motors with a gearbox are installed along the Z-axis. They accurately maintain layer step and work calmly with heavy parts.
• The table's self-locking system protects the platform from falling along the Z-axis if the power suddenly goes out in the room.

Powerful Extruder

The two-stage extruder heating allows for the delivery of up to 1000 grams of plastic per hour. Thanks to this, the printer quickly builds up the walls of the part while maintaining strength between layers.

• The extruder works with filament with a thickness of 2.85 mm and heats up to 420°C. This allows printing with a wide range of materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PVA, PP, PC, PA (nylon), as well as composites with the addition of carbon fiber or fiberglass.
• Nozzles with diameters of 0.8 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.6 mm can be installed on the printer — depending on what is more important: precise detailing or quick filling of large volumes.

Work Table and Heating

To ensure the part holds well during printing and does not deform, the printer uses a heated combined platform.

• The table consists of 6 mm thick tempered glass and a silicone heating panel. It quickly and evenly distributes heat over the entire area, and after cooling, the finished part is easily removed.
• In the basic version, the table heats up to 100°C. If necessary, you can order a version with heating up to 150°C and a PEI coating, which reduces shrinkage when printing with technical plastics.

Automation and Remote Control

The printer does not require constant monitoring — most processes are automated:

• Automatic calibration scans the table at many points and levels out minor irregularities before each print.
• Through the built-in camera and Wi-Fi, you can remotely monitor the printing and control the printer over the network.
• The filament sensor pauses printing if the 2.85 mm plastic runs out or breaks.
• After a power outage, the printer resumes printing from where it stopped.
• Control is configured via a 10-inch color touchscreen.
