3D scanner SHINING 3D Rigil

3D scanning with Rigil allows you to fully experience the technological leap of the last decade. EinScan Rigil is the world's first triple-mode laser 3D scanner, combining high precision, flexibility, and mobility.  The innovative 3D scanner with a Wi-Fi module can operate autonomously without a PC, and if necessary, connect to a computer via Wi-Fi 6 or USB-C, providing a choice between speed, data transfer stability, and autonomy. The scanner allows storing and transferring data without a PC.

3D scanning of large surfaces with SHINING 3D EinScan Rigil scanner

Key advantages of EinScan Rigil

  • Three operating modes (standalone, PC connection via Wi-Fi, wired connection)
  • Autonomous operation + flexible connectivity
  • Hybrid light (blue laser and VCSEL)
  • Accuracy and wide range of applications
  • Ability to scan without markers quickly and efficiently
  • The scanner can be used indoors and outdoors
  • Wireless scanning provides high mobility and autonomy
  • Includes 2 batteries
  • Outdoors support – reliability in any lighting
  • Built-in software, full scanning cycle without PC

EinScan Rigil: 3 scanning modes

Light sources of the 3D scanner EinScan Rigil

The scanner is equipped with a hybrid lighting system: a blue laser (405–450 nm) and an IR VCSEL projector, which ensures effective capture of both small details and large objects.

This provides high adaptability to materials — including dark and reflective surfaces — and the ability to scan in bright sunlight without matting spray.

Three working modes of 3D scanning

  • Standalone: autonomous mode with built-in processing — convenient for outdoor and field work
  • Wireless PC: Wi-Fi 6 connection — high flexibility without USB cables
  • Wired PC: USB-C connection — maximum transfer speed and stability in complex networks

Autonomous scanning mode of SHINING 3D scanner

EinScan Rigil: specifications and scanning modes

1. Laser HD

19 × 19 crossed blue laser lines: up to 4,400,000 points/sec, working distance 170–550 mm

7 parallel laser lines: high detail — resolution up to 0.05 mm, speed 940,000 points/s

Volumetric accuracy: up to 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m

2. IR Rapid

IR VCSEL scanning: up to 1,600,000 points/sec at 30 FPS, distance 160–1500 mm

Volumetric accuracy: up to 0.1 + 0.3 mm/m

Both laser configurations can be switched during scanning, combining fast coverage and high detail in one project.

Texture scanning

Color capture and tracking

5 MP color camera: high detail and accurate surface display

Markerless tracking algorithm (Laser + IR): faster than marker scanning, better than IR without markers
