ABS filament for fast 3D printing on the Raise3D Pro3 series
Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS filament is one of the specially developed materials in the Raise3D line of high-speed FFF printing filaments. When printing at high speed, the bar is fed quickly into the fuser and the polymer has very little time to melt from solid to molten state, which can cause clogged nozzles and poor bond quality between layers. Also, when printing at high speed without a heated chamber, ABS can be prone to warping and delamination of the printed part.
Hyper Speed ABS has an optimized molecular weight and stiffness, so it is able to achieve faster melting and cooling during high-speed printing, resulting in less temperature gradient and internal stress of the printed part. With almost no distortion and improved inter-layer bonding, the material is also excellent for many functional parts, tooling and prototyping parts with many different post-processing options.
