The Raise3D S200-C sinter is a component of the MetalFuse indirect metal 3D printing system, which sinter parts printed on the Forge1 3D printer. The vacuum furnace produces finished metal parts of high purity and dimensional accuracy.

Turning 3D printed parts into durable metal products

The purpose of the Raise3D S200-C vacuum oven is to turn metal-filled parts printed on the Forge1 3D printer into strong and durable products. After removing the binder in the D200-E oven, the part is placed in the S200-C. In the vacuum chamber, the part is dehydrated and heated to a temperature below the melting point of the metal. This removes any residual binder and finally seals the metal, making it hard and strong.
