Turning 3D printed parts into durable metal products
The purpose of the Raise3D S200-C vacuum oven is to turn metal-filled parts printed on the Forge1 3D printer into strong and durable products. After removing the binder in the D200-E oven, the part is placed in the S200-C. In the vacuum chamber, the part is dehydrated and heated to a temperature below the melting point of the metal. This removes any residual binder and finally seals the metal, making it hard and strong.
