Raise3D D200-E

Raise3D D200-E debinder for MetalFuse

The Raise3D D200-E debinder is a component of the MetalFuse 3D printing system that removes binder from parts printed on the Forge1 3D printer, preparing them for sintering in the S200-C.

Features of the catalytic process on the Raise3D D200-E

  • Removing the binder at a speed of 1.55 mm/h takes significantly less time than using solvents and heat treatment.
  • Reduced binder removal time by 60%.
  • The process of catalytic removal of the polymer binder using oxalic acid makes the process safe and environmentally friendly.
  • The residual fraction of polymer after removal of the binder is very low.
  • The parts have a density of up to 97% of that of wrought iron.
  • Can be used to print parts made of titanium and copper.
  • The parts are 52% stronger than those obtained by removing the binder with solvents.
  • The 200*200*200 mm working chamber ensures impeccable cleanliness and clarity of parts.
  • Hazard interlock, E-stop and activated carbon adsorption systems guarantee safe and environmentally friendly operation.

D200-E workflow

  • The metal-filled part is placed in the D200-E furnace after printing on the Forge1 printer.
  • Inside the furnace, a catalytic process removes the binder using oxalic acid.
  • This method is safer, more environmentally friendly, and faster than traditional methods.
  • Once the binder is removed, the part is ready to be sintered in the S200-C furnace for final strength and hardness.

3D printing with metal: Raise3D MetalFuse system

Raise3D MetalFuse is a complete solution for metal 3D printing that combines a 3D printer, a binder removal oven, and a sintering oven. The system is focused on high productivity, accuracy, environmental friendliness, and ease of use.

Components of the MetalFuse system

  • Raise3D Forge 3D printer1. It uses metal-filled filament 3D printing technology to create parts from various metals.
  • Raise3D D200-E catalytic binder removal furnace. Provides removal of the binder from printed parts.
  • Raise3D S200-C vacuum sintering oven. Used for final sealing and strengthening of metal parts.
