The Raise3D D200-E debinder is a component of the MetalFuse 3D printing system that removes binder from parts printed on the Forge1 3D printer, preparing them for sintering in the S200-C.

D200-E workflow
- The metal-filled part is placed in the D200-E furnace after printing on the Forge1 printer.
- Inside the furnace, a catalytic process removes the binder using oxalic acid.
- This method is safer, more environmentally friendly, and faster than traditional methods.
- Once the binder is removed, the part is ready to be sintered in the S200-C furnace for final strength and hardness.
