xTool F2 Ultra Single Laser + Conveyor
The kit for serial color marking and deep metal engraving includes:
- xTool F2 Ultra engraver with a single laser: 60W MOPA-fiber module 1064 nm.
- xTool Conveyor extends the engraving area and automates the process.
The kit with a laser engraver and conveyor will ensure a quick start and business scaling. Engraver does not take up much space but is one of the fastest and most reliable engravers on the market. Thanks to the accessory in the kit, the capabilities of the xTool F2 Ultra have been expanded: it is now possible to engrave larger items and automate the process.

What is special about the single version in xTool engravers
The single version is designed for those who work primarily with metals: color marking, deep engraving, fine texts, and micro-details are performed faster and more stably on the MOPA laser; the diode module is not installed here, which makes the kit focused on metalworking. According to the manufacturer's FAQ, the F2 Ultra (single) is a 60W MOPA without the diode block.
Key features of F2 Ultra Single
- Laser: MOPA-fiber, 60 W, with adjustable frequency and pulse duration for precise control of thermo-oxidation and contrast.
- Work area: 220 × 220 mm; with the conveyor — up to 220 × 500 mm for serial processing of long blanks or batches of products.
- Engraving speed: up to 15,000 mm/s thanks to galvo-scanning, which significantly speeds up business production and print runs.
- Optics and control: two 48 MP cameras for auto-alignment and precise positioning of small objects; increased alignment accuracy through "hawk-eye" and AI algorithms.
- Color marking: over 100 stable shades on stainless steel and titanium thanks to the parametric MOPA mode (seven color spectrums).
- Safety and convenience: enclosed casing, autofocus, pre-assembled design, removable fan for maintenance.
What are the advantages of the Auto Streamline™ Conveyor?
The conveyor extends the capabilities of the F2 Ultra (single) from 220 × 220 mm to 500 × 220 mm in length, automating the feeding of blanks and maintaining their geometry. It is designed for batches of products and long items: tags, knife blades, rulers, signs, bracelets, badges, long nameplates. The maximum processing area is 500 × 220 mm, compatibility is confirmed for F2 Ultra and F2 Ultra (single); aluminum alloy construction with a weight of ~8.5 kg, permissible material thickness up to ~81.5 mm.
How the conveyor optimizes the production cycle
- Streamlined feeding: blanks move under the galvo-laser head without manual re-gluing of fixators — fewer downtimes between passes.
- Accuracy through cameras: F2 Ultra recognizes contours and the layout grid; XCS software automatically links the layout to each position on the belt, which reduces adjustment and errors, especially on small items.
- Area in one go: long items or a dense batch layout are covered in one program (up to 500 mm along the feed axis), which reduces the number of "start/stop" cycles and speeds up output.
- Repeatability: stabilizing elements and rigid kinematics ensure the same position for each part; the conveyor is designed for stable travel even with a noticeable weight of blanks.
Advantages of the 60W MOPA laser for metal
- Color – without chemicals and pastes: by controlling the frequency/pulse, the F2 Ultra forms oxide films of the desired thickness and shade, achieving 100+ repeatable colors on steel/titanium — from deep blues to "rainbow" effects.
- Depth and relief: high peak power and flexible modulation provide clean micro-relief, fine knurling, embossing for enamel, small format stamps and matrices.
- Batch speed: the galvanometer system accelerates up to 15,000 mm/s, so serial marking is many times faster than with gantry desktop systems.

Application: who is the kit suitable for?
Production areas and metal workshops: signs, nameplates, serial color marking of tools and equipment, protective UDI/QR marking on stainless steel and titanium.
Jewelry and souvenir studios: fine logos, inner surfaces of bracelets, color effects on polished parts, personalization of knives and accessories.
Craft brands and retail: batch production of badges, tokens, medals, and plates on a single belt; cameras guarantee precise alignment of the engraving in the center.
Positioning accuracy and control through cameras
Two 48 MP cameras create a detailed "underlay" of the scene; algorithms recognize the shape of each blank and automatically align the layout. This is especially important for small fonts, micrographics, and when blanks differ in position. The manufacturer claims an increase in positioning accuracy and simplification of the preview/preset stages thanks to AI scenarios.
Work area and material compatibility
The base field is 220 × 220 mm; with the conveyor — 220 × 500 mm. The MOPA laser engraves most technological metals (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, precious alloys), and also marks plastics and composites where a contrasting, durable mark is required. For non-metals, the key focus of this kit is marking, not cutting; the main profile is metal.
Performance and payback
The combination of a 60W galvo + conveyor provides:
- Minimal retooling — one project on a long belt instead of multiple restarts;
- Reduced defects thanks to cameras and auto-alignment;
- Short cycle time due to the speed of up to 15 m/s and the extended working length of 500 mm;
- Batch scaling — from a single order to an express "same-day" series.

Unique offer
This is a focused kit for metal: not a "universal for all occasions," but a specialized configuration where the entire budget goes into a powerful 60W MOPA, industrial speed, and streamlined feeding. Support for 100+ stable colors on steel/titanium opens up premium effects without consumables, and two 48 MP cameras and the Auto Streamline™ Conveyor turn a desktop complex into a mini-line for serial personalization. As a result, you get a combination that is usually only available on workshop installations, but with the convenience of a desktop machine.
