The intelligent xTool mask is designed for maximum safety and comfort when working with laser welding, cutting, and CNC processing equipment and is perfectly adapted to the xTool MetalFab complex. It combines high-efficiency filtration of hazardous laser radiation with an adaptive light filter, ensuring reliable eye protection without loss of clarity in vision.

Setup and Operation Instructions

1. Light Filter Adjustment: turn the switch on the auto-darkening panel to the GRIND mode (range 5–9).

   
   Note: the intensity of light and the number of sparks during laser welding are lower compared to arc welding. Position 5–9 prevents excessive darkening and allows for a clear view of the work area.

2. Helmet Fitting: use the three adjustment screws to adjust the head coverage and choose a comfortable tilt angle for optimal visibility.
3. Power Installation: before use, place two 3V disc batteries in the special compartment (note that power elements are not included in the package).
