3D Printing Features of TPU 90A
TPU 90A requires setting print parameters considering the material's flexibility. For a nozzle temperature of 220–240 °C, it is recommended to maintain a speed not exceeding 40 mm/s.
For proper part formation, cooling is recommended during printing. The retraction distance is 0.8 mm, and the retraction speed should not exceed 40 mm/s.
During model preparation, it is recommended to avoid a high fill percentage. Print parameters can be adjusted depending on the 3D printer design, part geometry, and requirements for the finished product.
Drying and Storage Recommendations
If necessary, it is recommended to dry the filament at a temperature of 60–70 °C before use.
For storage, it is recommended to use airtight packaging that protects the filament from moisture and contamination. The material should be kept away from direct sunlight.
