Stable network connection
The updated X1E now has an Ethernet port, so it can connect to your devices for reliable network connectivity in demanding environments. The Ethernet connection can also be used in crowded wireless signal environments. Additionally, the X1E provides WPA2-Enterprise Wi-Fi authentication (EAP-PEAP/EAP-TLS/TAP-TTLS) and individual physical disable switches for both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, meeting strict network security requirements.
Fully functional in the local area network
The X1E can operate independently without connecting to the Bambu Cloud Service, fully functional on your local network. Customers can remotely control the X1E over a local network without an internet connection. Please contact your local reseller for more information on setup.
Powerful air filtration
For optimal air filtration, Bambu Lab has combined a G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter, and a high-quality coconut shell activated carbon filter. The enhanced filtration can effectively reduce excessive odors and particulates when printing in less ventilated environments.

Camera temperature control
The X1E can control the chamber temperature. Active chamber heating up to 60°C improves print quality. Reduces distortion and improves layer adhesion, especially for filaments prone to deformation such as ABS and PC.
3D printing with refractory materials
The Bambu Lab X1E's high nozzle temperature of up to 320°C enables high-quality printing with materials with a high melting point, such as PPA-CF/GF PPS and PPS-CF. These new materials have better dimensional stability, heat resistance and mechanical properties.

Revolutionising the speed of 3D printing
The carbon fibre rods in the ultra-fast and rigid CoreXY motion structure enable the X1E to achieve tool head acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² by reducing the weight of moving parts. This faster acceleration allows the X1E to maintain a maximum print speed of 500 mm/s for longer periods of time, significantly reducing overall print time.

Compensation for vibration and extrusion issues
At such high print speeds, active compensation for vibration and extrusion issues is essential to ensure stable, high-quality 3D printing.
The X1E can actively compensate for XY-axis vibrations and extrusion issues to ensure exceptionally smooth print quality. All measurements are fully automatic, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

Hassle-free 3D printing with artificial intelligence
The X1E 3D printer's AI algorithm can detect first layer defects and spaghetti defects using Lidar and computer diagnostics. It then automatically pauses printing to prevent catastrophic failures, reducing filament loss and machine downtime.
Automatic filament management
The Bambu Lab X1E Combo can connect 4 Bambu AMS filament management systems in parallel to print up to 16 spools of filament, which is well suited for printing specialty auxiliaries for seamless surface and multi-color printing. The AMS also supports automatic filament reloading to use up all the filament on one spool before moving on to the next.
