Automatic flame detection
Using 5 fire detection sensors and integrated light, temperature and position algorithms inside the enclosed laser, the xTool Fire Safety Kit is sensitive to any possible fire hazard.
Automatic alarm activation
As soon as a fire is detected, the xTool Fire Safety Set automatically activates the alarm, alerting users to the fire with a continuous beeping sound. You can turn off the alarm by pressing the button on the alarm if you want to deal with the fire in your own way.
Automatic power outage
To prevent further combustion and protect the laser machine from fire, the xTool Fire Safety Set's smart switch will automatically turn off the working laser a few seconds after the alarm sounds.
Auto fire extinguishing
After a few seconds of alarm, the xTool Fire Safety Set will automatically release CO2 gas into the closed laser and extinguish the fire with non-toxic, odorless fumes, preventing further damage to the laser machine and leaving the laser workplace clean.
*Please note that the xTool fire safety kit cannot guarantee 100% safety in case of fire. Please use the laser machine according to its manual and do not leave the machine during processing.
Wide range of compatibility
Apply to all 455nm blue diode lasers or CO2 lasers that are in a 0.13m³ enclosed space.
- Open Machine with an Enclosure. This product should be used indoors. For example, the xTool D1 series must be used with the xTool Enclosure. As long as the enclosed space is less than 0.13 m³, the xTool Fire Safety Set can effectively extinguish the fire.
- Enclosed Machine. An enclosed machine with a working space of up to 0.13 m³ can be operated with the xTool Fire Safety Set. (Remember that an air tube is required for enclosed space operation).
