On October 7–8, 2026, EXPO Krakow hosted another edition of the Kompozyt-Expo trade fair. Although the event traditionally brings together leaders of the advanced materials industry, at the Center 3D Print (stand D42) booth, the spotlight was taken by technologies that define the future of high-end engineering: industrial metal 3D printing, the Formlabs machine ecosystem, and next-generation autonomous robotics.

Throughout two intensive days, our stand served as a central hub for in-depth technical discussions with engineers, design specialists, and production managers seeking high-efficiency methods for manufacturing complex components.

Who Are We? Over a Decade of 3D Technology Expertise

Center 3D Print (C3D) has been driving the additive manufacturing market continuously since 2012. Our operations are backed by a certified quality management system ISO 9001:2015, guaranteeing complete repeatability across all engineering processes. We help industrial enterprises overcome the limitations of conventional subtractive machining (CNC). Additive manufacturing with our team delivers:
• Monolithic components with complex internal architecture: Integrated cooling channels and heat exchangers that cannot be CNC-machined or cast through traditional methods.
• Weight reduction: Application of open-cell lattice structures and topological optimization, reducing component mass by up to tens of percent without compromising mechanical strength.
• Rapid prototyping and on-demand production: Shortening the development-to-deployment cycle from months down to a few hours.

What Did We Showcase at Stand D42?

The Center 3D Print exhibition attracted hundreds of specialists thanks to our live machine demonstrations and unique engineering specimens:

1. Metal 3D Printing (SLM / DMLS) and Certified Engineering Powders

Our metal additive display drew continuous attention. We presented:
• High-precision turbine components, pump bodies, and exhaust nozzles crafted from nickel superalloys (Inconel 718), titanium alloys (Ti6Al4V, TA15), 316L stainless steel, and aluminum alloys (AlSi10Mg),
• Intricate heat exchangers featuring microscopic lattice networks,
• Certified spherical powders with controlled PSD, ensuring high density and fatigue performance in final parts.

2. Advanced Formlabs Ecosystem in Action (SLA & SLS)

As an authorized Formlabs partner, we operated live systems directly at our stand:
• Formlabs Form 4L large-format SLA printer: Demonstrations of ultra-fast printing using engineering resins with increased thermal and mechanical resistance, ideal for precision housings and aerodynamic components.
• SLS powder technology (Fuse series): Support-free printing in polyamides (Nylon PA12, PA11), enabling direct serial production of durable functional parts.

3. Advanced Legged Robotics: Live Demos of the Unitree Go2

A major highlight of the entire fair was the live demonstration of the Unitree Go2 quadruped robot, for which we serve as an official distributor. The robotic dog walked the aisles of EXPO Krakow, drawing widespread visitor interest. Equipped with AI, depth cameras, and LiDAR sensors, it showcased dynamic obstacle avoidance, perimeter patrolling, and automated inspection for hard-to-reach industrial environments.

Center 3D Print Factory: Industrial Manufacturing Capacity

Many attendees were impressed by the scale of our in-house production capabilities. Center 3D Print is not only an equipment distributor, but above all a modern, fully equipped 3D printing factory with powerful technological facilities.

Key Technical Figures:
• 3,000 m² of modern production, laboratory, and warehouse space
• Over 50 tons of finished polymer and metal components manufactured each year
• 35+ industrial SLS systems: A robust fleet for high-volume serial production in polyamides and technical plastics
• 5+ industrial SLM metal systems: High-throughput lines utilizing fiber lasers for direct metal powder fusion
• Large-format SLA and FDM systems: Dedicated to producing oversized enclosures and high-precision resin masters

This machine capacity enables us to handle both one-off R&D projects and continuous serial contracts covering thousands of components monthly.
