xTool O1 Omni Single UV Printing Technologies

xTool O1 Omni Single UV uses UV ink that cures under ultraviolet light. The printer supports direct printing onto products and the production of decorative transfers with suitable accessories.

• UV printing on various surfaces. Print full-colour images directly onto wood, metal, glass, acrylic, ceramics and other compatible materials. Ideal for personalising gifts, signs, housings and promotional products.
• UV DTF printing for product decoration. Print images onto a special film and then transfer them to finished items. A compatible laminator is required to prepare transfers.

Unlike the UV&DTG model, the Single UV version is not designed for direct DTG printing on fabric or for producing textile DTF transfers.

xTool O1 Omni Single UV supports multi-layer UV printing with a relief height of up to 7 mm. Applying successive ink layers produces three-dimensional lettering, textured surfaces and decorative patterns. A library of more than 2,000 textures simplifies the creation of raised designs without having to model each element individually.

The printer also supports lenticular effects, allowing images to change with the viewing angle. Additional finishing options include matte and gloss varnishing and decorative foil application when suitable materials and accessories are used.
