Elastic multi-colored plastic FiberFlex 30D for 3D printing

FiberFlex 30D filament Fiberlogy 1.75 mm / 0.85 kg is a flexible thread for printing plastic parts that are resistant to thermal and chemical influences with high abrasive resistance. Due to the indicated properties, the material is ideal for printing phone cases, watch straps, heart rate monitors and pedometers.

FiberFlex 30D can also be used for 3D printing of flexible connectors, toys, and their parts, jewelry. Bright saturated colors, resistance to bending of finished products: choose FiberFlex 30D - it will not let you down! Some printing experience is required to work with soft materials. The manufacturer recommends using a direct extruder and reducing the print speed. You can also reduce the pressure on the extruder.

Recommendations for setting up a 3D printer for printing FiberFlex 30D

General parameters need to be adjusted depending on the printer and printing conditions

  • Table temperature: 50-70°C
  • Closed chamber is not required
  • Air supply: 50-75%
  • Material consumption: 105-110%
  • Print speed: < 35 mm/s
  • Table covering: glass, masking tape
  • Direct outlet: yes, 1-2 mm
  • Retraction speed: 10-30 mm/s
  • Drying conditions: 60°C / 4 hours

Tip: to make it easier to remove the print, you can heat the table to 110°C.
