FIBERFLEX 30D filament Fiberlogy 1,75 mm / 0,5 kg

Durable and flexible plastic for 3D printing Fiberflex 30D Fiberlogy

Fiberflex 30D filament Fiberlogy is ideal for printing connecting elements and other objects that require frequent bending. The filament hardness according to Shore is 30D. Finished parts made of filament are not hard, but they tolerate constant deformation and mechanical impacts well.

The material is soft, so working with it requires experience and beginners should practice on harder filaments, for example, FiberFlex 40D. To optimize the printing process, the manufacturer recommends reducing the print speed and using a direct extruder.

It is also advisable to reduce the pressure on the extruder. Elastic plastic with a hardness of 30D is characterized by high impact strength even at low temperatures.

The material has high abrasive and thermal resistance.

What 3D printing is Fiberflex 30D used for?

The material can be used wherever it is necessary to obtain a flexible object or part that is subject to constant mechanical impact. Fiberflex 30D is used to print:

  • Jewelry and accessories: bracelets, headbands, pendants.
  • Parts or whole toys: figures of people and animals, tires for cars
  • Connecting elements: flexible loops, fittings.
  • Gadgets or accessories for them: pedometers, heart rate monitors, watch straps, phone cases.
  • Rubber parts of cars: seals, spare parts subject to constant bending.
