The Markforged Sinter-2 furnace is designed for the Markforged Metal X and Markforged FX10 3D printers.

The high-performance, high-quality Sinter-2 furnace effortlessly transforms brown (washed) parts into an almost completely dense metal mold by heating the material to a specific sintering temperature. Based on 30 years of injection molding (MIM) technology, it is ideal for sintering larger parts and batch production. Multiple components can be sintered at the same time!

With its huge active hot zone (18,356 cm3), the Sinter-2 sintering furnace has the full volume of a Metal X printer. It is the ideal solution for large parts or mass production. This furnace sinter the entire range of industrial metals from their brown (washed) state to fully dense metal parts.

The sintering furnace can be controlled via USB, network connection. The sintering data is also determined by the Eiger software.
