Markforged X7 3D printer: printing thermally and chemically resistant parts
Markforged X7 is a carbon 3D printer. This is an industrial device for professional printing of parts with special properties:
- chemical resistance;
- fireproof properties;
- energy absorption;
- high-resolution parts;
- rough parts.
Functional parts are manufactured in industrial printing mode. Markforged X7 has everything to ensure accuracy, reliability, and durability. Precision-machined equipment, advanced sensors and unique software ensure accurate and fast printing with the ability to repeat multiple times.
Unique features of Markforged X7
Turbo Print function
X7 is the only printer in the Markforged line with Turbo Print function. This is the fastest printing mode, allowing you to get a high-quality part as quickly as possible.
Blacksmith technology (optional)
With the help of Blacksmith adaptive manufacturing technology, you can check the accuracy of the product dimensions.
Markforged X7: a productive and reliable 3D printer for a wide range of applications
The printer features micron-level laser scanning, which allows for closed-loop calibration. This makes it possible to produce parts with high repeatability. The surface of finished products has an almost perfect finish.
The X7 3D printer can print parts from reinforced carbon fiber (continuous supply of composite) very quickly! In just a few hours, the project turns into a finished part. The strength of the parts corresponds to the strength of aluminum products and can replace them.
Introduce the latest engineering developments into your business with the X7!
The Markforged X7 can be used to print industrial production fixtures, clamps, tools and end parts.
The Markforged X7 harmoniously combines innovative engineering developments, high-quality components, electronics and software, allowing the user to work productively without interruptions.
The printing table of the X7 3D printer is made of Precision Ground composite material – extremely durable and wear-resistant. The printer design allows for easy replacement of the print table after the resource is exhausted.
All parts of the printer involved in the extrusion of the filament are additionally protected from wear, which allows the device to print qualitatively for thousands of hours! Nozzles and guide tubes are replaced when worn.
X7: economical consumption of printed materials guaranteed
The scanning laser located on the print head allows you to adjust the first layers of printing in real time. This ensures their ideal adhesion to the print table. After printing, it is possible to check the strength of the finished product.
X7 3D printing provides for both continuous filling of the part with material and printing of closed cells. It is possible to select the geometry of the cells.
Sensors for the absence of material (plastic and composite) allow for better control of the process. The X7 3D printer has a third-generation fiber reinforcement system, which ensures the continuity of the printing process. Print 4 different types of parts on one printer by simply changing the filaments and composite.
