Universal tool for 3D printing - APS W 2.0

Introducing a unique modular 3D printer APS W 2.0 with an open modular system. One machine prints and performs the functionality of different printers using the maximum variety of materials.

The APS W 2.0 is a modular and versatile 3D printer based on FDM technology that supports printing with any material available on the market. With 4 automated, interchangeable print heads and 3 to 5 axis capability, it enables the production of highly complex parts with high precision.

The advanced continuous carbon fiber reinforcement technology allows for strong yet extremely lightweight 3D printed structures. In addition, the printer can be adapted to specific needs by adding additional modules such as laser processing, assembly, manipulation, and others. It is also possible to integrate RFID chips, sensors, and other components directly into the 3D printing process. This flexibility and multitasking opens up new horizons in the production of complex engineering solutions.

APS W 2.0 modular 3D printer - features

The APS W 2.0 is a revolutionary modular 3D printer designed to redefine your production boundaries. With an open-configuration architecture and a suite of advanced features, this industrial-grade machine enables you to produce complex parts with unmatched accuracy and versatility.

  • Modular design - e`xpands the range of applications available.
  • Printheads - 4 automatic Direct/Bowden interchangeable printheads, quick change in 3 seconds.
  • Simultaneous printing with 4 filaments.
  • Large print volume - 400*250*370 mm.
  • Nozzle temperature - up to 500 °C.
  • Repeatable print accuracy - up to 0.02 mm.

3D printing in different technologies on one printer

Unique features make the APS W 2.0 the most innovative and versatile 3D printer in the world, as it is capable of printing with multiple FDM technologies:

  • FFF printing technology - fused filament manufacturing.
  • CFF technology - production from continuous filament.
  • Sinter technology - sintered materials.
  • Greenling technology - copper wires and optical fibers, etc. in the matrix.

Printing with 4 filaments at the same time

The dynamic tool change system allows you to combine the printing of up to 4 materials in 1 part. Continuous fiber printing with carbon fiber, aramid, glass fiber or metal wire can be usefully supplemented with other materials using the FFF process.

This allows for the design and production of a new type of high-strength and very lightweight component.

The CFF/FFF printing system combines a high-precision and very stable gantry design with a new patented printhead technology for continuous fiber printing for an industrial high-precision additive manufacturing machine.

Customize your W 2.0 printer with optional modules

Adapt the system to your needs: Upgraded printheads, heated print chamber, air filter, etc. Customized solutions with specific requirements are one of the printer's strengths.

As a versatile 3D printer, the APS W 2.0 can also be customized with modules such as laser functions, finishing, assembly, transportation, and more. For example, modules such as RFID or sensors can be integrated directly into the 3D printed part. These features open up a wide range of application possibilities that were not previously possible.
