Main Technologies and Advantages

PUDU MT1 VAC is equipped with the industry's first dual independent air duct technology (twin-fan). It forms a powerful airflow without increasing the body size, preventing dust from rising. The robot works equally well on tiles, laminate, polished concrete, and carpets. For the safety of those around and ease of control, the machine projects a light strip showing the current width of the cleaning area.

Two-stage Collection and Quality Filtration

The design separates the collection of dry dust and large debris: a 6-liter waste tank is complemented by two 7-liter dust collectors (a total of 14 liters). This provides 20 liters of useful capacity and long operation without technical pauses.

The basic H11 class filter captures over 98% of particles from 0.3 microns. For objects with increased sanitary requirements, an optional HEPA 13 filter (efficiency up to 99.97%) is available.

Navigation, AI, and Integration

The positioning system combines LiDAR SLAM, VSLAM, and marker navigation, quickly building an optimal route in crowded spaces. The robot recognizes the type of surface in real-time and automatically adjusts the suction power and brush rotation speed. Thanks to AI vision, a smart spot cleaning mode is implemented: the device scans the area, detects local contamination, and eliminates it. With PUDU Link, the robot can integrate with elevators and automatic doors for cleaning multiple floors.

Maneuverability and Cleaning Flexibility

• Cleaning along walls: sensors allow movement close to obstacles without skips along baseboards.
• High passability: compact dimensions allow passing through openings from 75 cm and entering under furniture with a clearance of 52 cm.
• Manual nozzle: included for cleaning hard-to-reach places, baseboards, upholstered furniture, and vertical surfaces.
