PUDU MT1 AI Powered Robotic Sweeper — an industrial robotic sweeper for dry cleaning of large production and warehouse premises. Equipped with dual-disc brushes, an AI waste recognition system, autonomous navigation, and a quick automatic charging function for round-the-clock operation.

Principle of Operation and Technologies

PUDU MT1 combines mechanical sweeping with an active dust control system. The negative pressure flow and internal filter retain fine particles in a 35-liter container, preventing them from being re-released into the air. The AI Spot Cleaning function enhances the efficiency of spot cleaning: during patrol, the robot detects local contamination and immediately eliminates it without the need to adjust the overall route.

Design and Maneuverability

The robot's design has been awarded the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2025. Its construction is focused on maximum practicality and ease of maintenance:

  • Retractable handle and control module: allow the operator to easily take control for maneuvering in narrow passages.
  • Quick-release blocks: the waste container and consumables can be removed without additional tools.
  • Tilting front panel: simplifies daily maintenance.

Autonomous Navigation and Safety

The hybrid navigation system VSLAM + Lidar SLAM + marker tags ensures stable movement even in a complex environment. The PUDU Link platform allows the device to integrate with elevators and automatic gates for inter-floor movement.

Operation in the dark: the LED panel provides confident orientation in poorly lit areas.

3D Safety System: sensors analyze the space around the robot, detecting people and dynamic obstacles in advance for safe bypassing.
