Three times more powerful laser allows printing with new materials and increases printing speed.

The printing speed depends mainly on the material, geometry of the object and density of packing of parts in the Build Chamber. Compared to Fuse 1, the new Fuse 1+ 30W with Nylon 12 Powder, for example, can reduce print time by 50%.
- Additional supply of nitrogen
Fuse 1+ 30W received a new nitrogen supply function - through a nitrogen generator or gas tanks. Inert gas 3D printing improves the mechanical properties of Nylon 11-based materials, and further improves the recovery characteristics of Nylon 11 Powder, which is 50%.
- New exclusive materials
With a more powerful laser and nitrogen supply, the Fuse 1+ 30W can also process carbon fiber filled Nylon 11 CF Powder - in addition to all previous Formlabs SLS powders.
