Carbon fiber plastic for 3D printing
Carbon fiber plastic PET-G+CF Filament 1.75 mm, 2.5 kg is a unique material that combines increased rigidity, strength, wear resistance and elegant style.
Carbon fiber plastic is an ideal solution for engineering projects: machine parts, spare parts, tools, and fixtures. When adding 10% carbon fiber to the composition, the material significantly increases rigidity and strength, and becomes more resistant to damage. And if design is important for the final result, then carbon finishing will give the part a professional look.
Plastic with the addition of carbon fibers is an ideal solution for engineering projects: machine parts, spare parts, tools, and accessories. The material is also suitable for art printing: models in a modern minimalist design of an exquisite graphite shade will decorate any interior. PET-G Filament is also suitable for consumer 3D printing. Pens, lamps, decor, jewelry made of carbon plastic look chic!
The non-standard material is surprisingly easy to use: it is suitable for both professionals and amateurs. You can print items of various sizes and shapes. Excellent characteristics at a reasonable price allow a wide range of consumers to use the unique material for various tasks. To work with PET-G+CF, you do not need special equipment, just a reinforced nozzle is enough.

Features of printing with carbon fiber plastic PETG+CF
Working with a new material, the printer gradually optimizes the processes. We offer typical settings for a 3D printer for the best print quality. It may be necessary to adjust them during the process on a specific equipment, but to get started we suggest the following parameters:
- Print temperature: 230-260°C.
- Table temperature: 90°C.
- Closed chamber: optional.
- Ventilation: 0-25%.
- Flow rate: 95-105%.
- Print speed: < 100 mm/s.
- Surface: insulating tape.
- Retraction (direct): 2-3 mm.
- Retraction (bowden): 3-5 mm.
- Retraction speed: 20-45 mm/s.
- Drying conditions: 60°C / 4 hours.
Note: due to strong adhesion to it, it is not recommended to print directly on the surface of the table or glass, as this may cause damage. We recommend using adhesive tape.
