But in order for the properties of the products to be fully revealed, they must go through all the technological stages.
The Fast Cure installation for Formlabs creates an ideal environment for fast polymerization. The process takes from 1 to 6 minutes. During this time, the production reaches the required hardness and strength. For example, dental models are polymerized in a minute, crowns and bridges – in five minutes, and occlusal caps – in six minutes.
Why is final polymerization necessary?
Residual polymerization ensures optimization of the properties of materials after 3D printing. This process increases part yield and ensures biocompatibility of printed parts.
Formlabs dental resins have been extensively tested and are compatible with the Fast Cure chamber. The intuitive touchscreen allows you to initiate a cure cycle using preset and tested settings for each Formlabs Dental resin.
