How does Tough 1500 V2 differ from the previous version?

The updated Tough 1500 V2 has improved mechanical strength and durability compared to the previous version Tough 1500 V1.1. This allows users to work with this resin with confidence in the stability of the results. More information and test results can be found in the TDS.

• Tough 1500 V2 has a richer dark gray shade, similar to the color of Tough 2000. This improves the aesthetic characteristics and makes the details even more attractive.
• The material has 10 times higher fracture resistance, 3 times better elongation at break and increased impact strength.
• The new formula is designed for improved stability of mechanical properties under the influence of external factors such as UV radiation, moisture and temperature.

Compatibility

• Compatible with Form 4, Form 4B, and Form 4L and Form 4BL.
• The material is currently undergoing testing to obtain biocompatibility certifications, as is Tough 1500 V1.1. The current schedule is approximately 2 months after launch day.
