Exceptional elongation at break (155%) and high resistance to bending loads (8,000 cycles according to the Ross flex test), which ensures reliable operation of latches, hinges and other flexible mechanisms.
- Resistance to external factors
Maximum heat resistance (66 °C HDT) and UV resistance. After 400 hours of accelerated aging (according to ASTM D4459), the material retains 70% of its flexibility.
- Parts that do not deform over time
High creep, which corresponds to polypropylene: after 2 weeks under a load of 7 MPa, the material has a deformation of less than 3%.
