The Fast Cure installation for Formlabs creates an ideal environment for fast polymerization. The process takes from 1 to 6 minutes. During this time, the production reaches the required hardness and strength. For example, dental models are polymerized in a minute, crowns and bridges – in five minutes, and occlusal caps – in six minutes.

Why is final polymerization necessary?

Residual polymerization ensures optimization of the properties of materials after 3D printing. This process increases part yield and ensures biocompatibility of printed parts.
