Formlabs elastic medical resins for 3D printing
On October 11, 2023, Formlabs released two new elastomeric and biocompatible resins: BioMed Flex 80A Resin and BioMed Elastic 50A Resin.
While previous materials such as Elastic 50A Resin and Flexible 80A Resin were incredible for prototyping, the highly regulated workflows could hold you back. Now you can do more with Formlabs' new BioMed Elastic 50A and BioMed Flex 80A resin.
BioMed Flex 80A Resin is the strongest flexible SLA 3D printing material in the biocompatible BioMed resin family. The photopolymer provides medical professionals and medical device developers with new opportunities and efficiencies.
BioMed Elastic 50A Resin is the softest elastomeric material for photopolymer 3D printing in the BioMed family of biocompatible resins. It allows your customers to directly print medical devices for patients with enhanced comfort or soft tissue models that surgeons can reference in the operating room.
