New Tough Resins

Strength that rivals molded plastic

New capabilities for your production with the updated line of durable and impact-resistant resins from Formlabs!

Joining the Tough Resin family, which already includes Tough 1500 Resin, are new formulas: Tough 1000 V1 Resin and Tough 2000 V2 Resin. These innovative materials have been developed for printing strong, flexible parts that can withstand harsh operating conditions, multiple impacts, and intensive wear.

Thanks to their mechanical properties, the new Tough resins successfully compete with traditional molded plastics such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ABS plastic, and polypropylene. This allows for the creation of functional prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and end-use products that require high resistance to mechanical loads.

New Form Cure L V2

Fast and stable curing for large parts

Effective post-processing is the key to high-quality and durable 3D-printed products. Formlabs introduces the Form Cure L V2 – a new chamber for additional curing of SLA prints. With its spacious working area, it is perfect for large parts printed on the Form 4L. This powerful solution provides extremely fast curing, reducing the post-processing time of most parts to an incredible 60 seconds.

The new Form Cure L V2 is designed to deliver precise and stable results with every use. Its sleek and compact design easily integrates into your workspace.
