A component made of Clear Resin, printed on a Form 3 3D printer. Models made of this material have a polished surface of amazing quality. In addition, such elements have an almost optical transparency. The polymer is ideal for working with light or showing internal functions.

Formlabs' free sample of Draft Resin. This photopolymer prints parts 4 times faster than other standard resins. It is an ideal material for iterative prototyping. Durable Resin gears
Durable Resin is used to print parts with a smooth glossy surface and high resistance to deformation. Finally, this material has low elastic modulus, high elongation and high bonding. Use this material for parts where minimal friction is required.

Tough 1500 Resin Spring
Photopolymer Tough 1500 Resin enables the production of rigid and flexible parts that bend and compress quickly under cyclic loading. The combination of stiffness and elongation in this resin makes it possible to repeatedly compress a spring and restore its shape. It is a three-part component: a base, a spring placed on the resistance and a top part pressed against the spring.

Tough 2000 Resin free sample part
Tough 2000 is the hardest and stiffest material in the Formlabs Tough and Durable Resin family. This makes it ideal for prototyping strong parts that cannot bend easily.

High Temp Resin Hair Dryer Concentrator
High Temp Resin V2 can withstand thermal stresses up to 238 °C at 0.45 MPa. This makes it ideal for static applications that will be exposed to higher temperatures.

- Thermal deformation temperature - @ 0.45 MPa 238 °C (for the V2 version of the material) and 289 °C (V1 version)

Glass-reinforced Rigid 10K Resin free sample part
Rigid 10K Resin is the stiffest material in the Formlabs engineering family. This fiberglass-filled material mimics the strength of glass and fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. This multi-function tool includes a screwdriver, bottle opener and three allen wrenches to demonstrate the material's resistance to deformation under various forces and torques.

Rigid 4000 Resin impeller
Rigid 4000 Resin is reinforced with fiberglass. This provides high rigidity and a polished surface. It is ideal for rigid and strong parts that can withstand minimal deflection. Thin-walled parts are printed from this material.

Soft Elastic 50A Resin Artery Model
Elastic 50A Resin is Formlabs' softest engineering resin. It is suitable for printing parts that bend, stretch, shrink and withstand repeated cycles without cracking. This pattern is a design interpretation of a pulmonary artery.

- Tensile strength limit - 3.32 MPa
- Percent elongation after rupture - 160%
- Tensile strength - 19.1 kN/m
- 70C compression - 9%
- Shore hardness scale - 50A

Free sample of Flexible 80A Resin
Flexible 80A Resin is the stiffest flexible material among Formlabs' flexible and resilient resins with a hardness of 80 Shore degrees. It simulates the elasticity of rubber or TPU. By balancing softness and strength, Flexible 80A Resin can withstand bending and compression even with repeated cycling. It is the choice for tougher, flexible parts that slowly recover their shape after deformation. It supports printing resolution: 100 and 50 microns. Subsequent curing is required.

Castable Wax Resin material for jewelers
Castable Wax Resin accurately prints the most intricate jewelry details due to its high strength. This resin contains 20% wax, providing a clean and reliable casting that mimics traditional casting technology. Formlabs recommends this material for try-on and direct lost-wax casting for delicate and thin pieces with fine details. For excellent, reproducible results, simply follow the manufacturer's suggested firing schedule.

Jewelry model with Castable Wax 40 Resin
The jewelry polymer filled Castable Wax 40 Resin provides exceptional casting performance for the most demanding projects. Castable Wax 40 contains a 40% blend of hard and soft waxes. Its low thermal expansion makes it a recommended material for direct casting in a wide range of styles, from heavy rings and medallions to lightweight bridal jewelry.

BioMed Clear Resin is a tough, durable material for biocompatible applications requiring long-term contact with skin or mucous membranes. This USP Class VI-certified material is suitable for applications requiring wear resistance and low water absorption over time. Parts printed with BioMed Clear Resin are compatible with ordinary sterilization methods. BioMed Clear resin is manufactured by Formlabs in accordance with ISO13485 and is supported by FDA device master files.
