Fast LED advertising production on 3D printer
Having the Creality K8 in your workshop you can significantly shorten the production process of volumetric letters. Unlike the traditional manufacturing method, which involves cutting the material with a plotter, polishing, painting and takes more than 25 hours, printing with K8 takes up to 2 hours and consists of only a few steps.
3D printing of three-dimensional LED letters
Creality K8 prints letters in different font styles. It has 2 powerful metal extruders that feed the filament into a common nozzle. Thanks to the automatic filament change in the extruder, which switches the filament from two different spools to a common nozzle, the Creality K8 can print multi-colored models without usin of additional equipment. As is in case with traditional methods of producing volumetric advertising. K8 can use nozzles with a hole diameter of 0.6; 0.8; 1.0 and 1.2 mm.
Large printspace
The large building area of the Creality K8 is 800 × 800 × 85 mm and allows you to print even very large contour letters or print several of them at the same time.
Accurate and reliable 3D printing
Creality applied professional solutions to their K8 to ensure a high precision of 0.02 mm of movement of the actuators on the XYZ axis, which improves the final products quality.
Two metal extruders provide high power of 3D plastic extrusion. The filament passes through a Teflon tube into a nozzle with reduced resistance. Thermal insulation ensures smooth operation.
Quiet operation of Creality K8
In addition to its high-precision operation, the K8 is also quiet. The guide rail moves smoothly without creating unwanted noise. Engines, despite the high speed, do not heat up and ensure stable operation.
Mechanical and automatic alignment
The Creality K8 3D printer allows for mechanical and automatic (using a sensor) alignment. Supports dynamic alignment compensation.
Intelligent filament sensor
The sensor monitors the process of feeding plastic for printing in real time. If a thread breaks or ends, an audible signal will notify the user of this.
