Smart Dual Extruders 420 °C
The CreatBot F 1000 3D Printer has a new intelligent dual extruder kit with a high temperature of up to 420 °C, it is able to print not only very large products for PLA prototypes at maximum speed, but also high-quality work products from absolutely all types of plastic existing in 3D printing on today: PLA, ABS, PLA +, ABS +, ASA, HPLA, Elastan, Plastan, Primalloy, Flex, TPU, TPE, PMMA, PET, POM, PEEK, PA (Nylon), PA6, Conductive ABS, Flame Retardant, Marble White PLA, Ceramic, Aluminum, Cooper, Bronze, Brass and Gold PLA filaments, Wood, Carbon Fiber, PC, PETG, HIPS, PP, PVA, etc. Dual-Hotend is easy to maintain and available for replacement.

High Precision Rail Guide 3D Printer CreatBot F 1000

Fully enclosed chamber. Heating and drying filaments
A completely enclosed chamber can block all external interference (temperature changes, etc.). In addition, this design can reduce noise while maintaining a constant temperature so that the model does not deform. The camera is heated up to 60 degrees and provides high quality printing for difficult materials such as: ABS, PC, PC-Carbon, PEEK etc. Plastic drying chamber, provides chamber temperature of 45 and 65 ℃ for drying nylon, PC, ABS, PLA and other materials with high water absorption.
Filament detection and resume printing
3D Printer CreatBot F 1000 will automatically remember the current position and save the print data. It will continue to print from the last stopped point after power on.
The printer has a filament control sensor. If filament runs out, CreatBot F 1000 will stop incorrect printing and warn you about it. Then it will be possible to continue 3D printing from the point of stopping.
Video camera control technology
Video camera control technology allows customers to remotely control the 3D printing process by speed, pause, temperature, and so on through the application, which allows you to achieve the best print quality in the shortest possible time without interruption. A very useful feature for large models and long prints.
Automatic platform calibration
Using 25 dots with BL-Touch sensor to maintain platform flatness initially, with smart Z-compensation table during printing to achieve fully automatic platform alignment.
