Biocompatible resin BioMed Black for 3D printer
Biocompatible BioMed Black Resin continues the line of Formlabs biocompatible resins for medical parts 3D printing. Whit this solid matte material you can print parts for biocompatible applications that require prolonged skin contact or short-term mucous membrane contact. Developed for a wide range of end applications where performance, aesthetics and biocompatibility are crucial. A distinctive feature of BioMed resins is that printed parts can be subjected to standard methods of sterilization and disinfection*.
BioMed Black Resin is certified by USP Class VI, which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical applications and drug delivery. BioMed Resin materials are developed and manufactured at an ISO 13485 certified plant and are compatible with conventional disinfection and sterilization methods. BioMed Black can be sterilized in an autoclave, E-beam, gamma radiation and ethylene oxide.
Print resolution: 50 microns, 100 microns.
Final polymerization is required.
